The Silvermoon Drive In Theatre is owned and operated by a group of seasoned professionals, with many years of theatre experience combined.

Harold Spears started his career in 1954 with Carl Floyd, theatre owner, as manager trainee of the Carib Theatre in Clearwater. In 1956, he was promoted to supervisor of three theatres in Winter Garden, Florida, including the Starlite Drive In. Harold continued to manage and supervise over 50 theatres, serving as president and CEO of Floyd Enterprises (which included Floyd Theatres, Southwest Bottlers, Inc. and various real estate holdings.) He is currently the president & CEO of Sun South Theatres.

Allen Carder started his career as the projectionist at the Ruskin Drive-In Theatre, in Ruskin, Florida, in 1960. Harold Spears soon realized his abilities and he became the theatre manager. Allen became the projection systems manager with Floyd Theatres, Allen Passed Away in 2006

Judy Crews started her career with Floyd Theatres in 1958. She worked her way up from the concession stand to supervising all of the theatre managers in the Orlando area for Floyd Theatres. Judy is now a box-office cashier at The Silvermoon.

James Andrews started his career at the Silvermoon Drive In in 2002. He now Supervises the Joy-Lan Drive In ,Joy-Lan Swap Shop ,The Silvermoon Swap Shop, And Silvermoon Drive In.He also udates this website.

Kenny Estes started his career at the Silvermoon Drive In in 2005, but also worked there when he was 15 years old he is now the assistant manager at the Silvermoon Swap Shop. Kenny Passed Away in 2006.

Tonya LaCapra started her career at the Silvermoon Swap Shop in 2005 she has since taken over the Managemant at the SWap Shop.

Charlie Rickman started his career at the Silvermoon Drive In in 2007 and now manages the Drive In as well as the projection.
